We have checked the order for you and we can see the correct item has been sent. As per the listing on our site when ordering runners the quantity you enter is for the amount of the item you require in feet so on this occasion 2 was entered so you should have recieved 1 x 2ft runner.
Please see below the text from the listing stating how to order this item, and we can only apologise for any upset or confusion caused by this.
Custom size runners are sold by the foot. To purchase your required length enter the number of feet into the quantity box then your total amount will show in your basket (e.g. 35FT = '35' or 100FT = '100' in quantity box).
Therefore, if you wanted to order the same runner twice you would need to place 2 separate orders if this makes sense, and then could contact us regarding the 2 orders so we could refund one of the shipping charges.
