RUG MASTERS DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is FREE throughout the UK Mainland for all orders.

We aim to dispatch your order the same day (if ordered before 1pm).

Delivery is sent by one of our trusted couriers and usually takes 2-5 Days.

Each order is sent on a tracked service, one your order has been dispatched you will receive and email with your tracking information on. (Please also check your spam/ junk folder for this email) 

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available on all orders (Mainland UK) with a cost of £10. 

Please note, next day delivery is only available if you order before 1pm, Mon-Thurs. 

If you order on Friday, your rug will be delivered on Monday.

We require a valid phone number on all orders - Our bigger sized Rugs and Mats get delivered sometimes palletised. 

A signature is required for some but not all of our deliveries. If your delivery requires a signature and you are not there, the courier will leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place (if you have one) or take it away again for a redelivery. They will place a card through your door to let you know that they have been, and what action they have taken.

Any delivery instructions should be included at the checkout when prompted

A delivery charge may be applied to larger rugs (which exceed standard courier lengths) for remote Highland and Island areas. You will be notified of this before order confirmation and given the chance to pay additional charges, change your order or cancel your order

International Delivery
