We offer a 30 Day Returns policy on all products sold on this website.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To Return your item:
- The return request must be notified to us within 30 days of receipt
- Products must be returned in the condition they were received
- Products must be returned in the packaging in which they were received
- Contact us to book your return, an unauthorised return may not be processed correctly.
- Paperwork stating your order number, name and address must be included with the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returning Your Item
Please always contact us prior to returning an item, unapproved Returns may not be processed.

Please then provide us with tracking details, so we can monitor your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if you have decided you simply want to return it/ change your mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
